The next AGM will be held online via Zoom Meeting due to COVID-19. It is scheduled for Monday, May 8th, 2023, at 7:30 pm PDT. If you would like to attend this meeting, please use the contact form to contact PR to obtain the URL before the event. The URL to join the meeting, will usually be available within 48 hours of the event’s start time.

Since the last Annual General Meeting that was held, back on March 3, 2019 (delayed by inclement weather from February 4th, 2019), OSFCI had gone through extraordinary times due to the COVID pandemic. My thanks to everyone who has helped us get through so far, and to those who are helping us move into the future.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Zoom Meeting due to COVID-19. it will be held Monday, June 14th, 2021 at 7:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (US and Canada), Please see the link below for access to the Zoom meeting. The meeting room will be available 10 minutes ahead of the start time for the meeting.
